Terms & Conditions

 

For Buyers

  1. All items are sold in as-is condition. Any and all imperfections will be disclosed to the buyer in advance of the sale. 

  2. All sales are final after the item is delivered or the buyer takes possession of the item. 

  3. After committing to buying an item, buyers have seven days to complete the invoice. If the invoice is not fulfilled within seven days, Savannah Street reserves the right to re-sell the item. During sales or promotions, the timeline to complete an invoice may be 24 hours or less.

  4. For both consignment and auction purchases, buyers are ultimately responsible for coordinating and paying for all of the costs associated with shipping their item to them. Savannah Street offers shipping coordination as a courtesy to its customers, however, buyers may procure their own shipping via uship.com or other means.

  5. Savannah Street partners with licensed and insured independent shippers to deliver its merchandise to buyers. Savannah Street is not responsible damages incurred in transit.

  6. Savannah Street cross-posts all of its items. A single item will be posted for sale on/at multiple platforms or locations. While it rarely happens, it is possible for more than one person to attempt to purchase the same item at approximately the same time. In the case of more than one person wanting to purchase the same item, Savannah Street reserves the right to determine to whom we will sell the item.

  7. If you purchase a Savannah Street item through a different site, our Terms and Conditioners are superseded by theirs. Refer to Chairish.com and LiveAuctioneers.com. All sales at Heyday Antiques and Vintage are final.  

  8. For auctions, specific terms and conditions will be listed on LiveAuctioneers.com for each sale.

  9. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have concerns after your item arrives, please contact us at savannahstantiques@gmail.com.

For Sellers

  1. Items must be in clean and excellent condition. Savannah Street will not make repairs or improvements to items before photographing and listing them.

  2. Sellers must disclose the condition (imperfections, past repairs repairs) for their items.

  3. Savannah Street cannot accept items which have been consigned previously with another company or have been publicly listed for sale on sites including but not limited to Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, Nextdoor, and OfferUp. 

  4. Sellers will receive their proceeds from sold items within seven business days of Savannah Street receiving payment.

  5. For consigned items, list prices, discount percentages, and a discount schedule will be determined and agreed upon in advance of the initial listing.

  6. Sellers will enter into a contract with Savannah Street Design & Antiques which may include more specific terms and conditions respective to each individual sale and client.
